For You Are Human, Not A Toy
Poem By Jonathan Goldman a.k.a JGthepoet
How I wish that it was me,
Who had you sitting on my knee.
How you were here, or I was there,
To love each other and to share
The pleasures that we both do seek,
Of which this poem can but speak.
To feel the passion without being lust,
To have you near is a must.
To touch you with passionate thoughts,
When not together can be but nought.
How together our bodies entwine,
To have you with me, for you to be mine.
My mind does wander, my thoughts do race,
When in the morning I awake,
And wish to write what comes to mind,
To be sensitive and not unkind,
To learn to love you at your own pace
For tender love is not a race,
But sensual feelings we both enjoy,
For you are human, not a toy.
