I'm a nomad, of sorts, and this forest, of course,
by Solomon Markson
is the land through which i roam.
But unlike some, old and young,
i can call this forest my home.
Each leaf inside is more precious to me
than mountains of silver or gold;
each tree i find serves to remind
me of stories untold.
The years may come and the years may go
and the world outside may change,
but in this forest, i know, the things unshown
will always remain the same.
