I could be genuine, but without family
it doesn’t mean the same, but I’m crying when they leave
it comes with grace
but ridicule
it’s not a curse
but I still must fool them
nobody can choose who to be
when they love the space between

give up the girls
your man-bred hands
and that form
speak louder than words
it’s not enough
and you can love stronger
than anybody else
just let it go
it’s not like it helps
