Full Circle

Poem By Brian Hinckley

I turn my back
for just a moment.
I can see you
and the tears in your eyes.

I turn again
just for a second.
I can see you
and the smile lighting your eyes.

I turn once more
and stay.
I can see you crying
as I keep you in my arms

forever.

Comments about Full Circle

It's all about the last scentance or word and you got this one just right. Wonderful.
Nice poem. I liked the title and the ending. Never let go to those who are most important to you. Top marks! -Michael

holding him like he was me.

With Cold Eyes You Judge Me

With cold eyes you judge me,
casting guilt and hurt in my teeth.

freeze me with your touch.

Her Face

Her face
shining in the dead of night.
Her soul
shining to keep the light.

Angel Of Love

I walk empty halls
feeling oppressive loneliness.
My mind dark and empty;
save one thought.

I walk down
emerald halls,
floors covered in moss.
