Genius Like Insanity Is No Longer In Scientific Use

Poem By Ted Sheridan

Genius is a word often attributed to undeserving albeit brilliant people
But the word should be reserved for those who are insane
For they are the smartest amongst all so called
With their coruscations of angst and ire
Given that it is enough in today’s society to merely light a fire
In the eyes of the beholding and decapitated heads at stake
For they cannot lead a horse to water
Or a sheep away from the fatality of the cliff
But will learn as have all before them
That we must and will eventually find our way
And that all life ends in the same way it begins
With a whimper or a bang it matters not
For there is no other absolute of mankind
Than the genius of being insane…

Yea, right, she obviously doesn't know a darned thing about Foucault... you're right this is stupid.. ciao, sjg ps - i love to call out, interrupt and challenge ignorance when it presents its ugly face.
Ted, insanity is a product of cliches and parables, it exists only to take the edge off being different... Rgds, Ivan
And that all life ends in the same way it begins With a whimper or a bang it matters not For there is no other absolute of mankind Other than the genius of being insane sharp words cutting like razors blade in to the flesh of our human soul..
