Girl Child

Poem By jerry hughes

From mewling and puking,
nappy wetting and fouling,
to standing and demanding.
This miracle of procreation
beautiful in construction,
carries within her
the beginning, and the end.

Your Shakespearean first words summons a poem which is the essence of Jerry Hughes - brief, unequivocal and with an ocean of wisdom in the last line. Very, very good. love, Allie xxxx
Don't forget, from standing and demanding to growing, learning and conquering. Lovely work Jerry, from a Girl Child herself. Xx
Top Poem mate! Well Done.
This is the seminal Jerry Hughes! Rgds, Ivan
Ah, Jerry - such a fine descriptive piece of verse. Anyone I know? lol! Short and to the point, but beautifully done. Linda :)
