Goodbye Nora The Beast...

Oh God Oh God Oh Science
Part of me wishes the silver would have just hit the driver's side door
And with everyone thinking I'm dead
It makes the ambiguity of life so bitter
These reassuring voices just make me contrite
Metal is just metal
We can't replace this little bloom
Like the one lonesome blade of grass
It has escaped the lawn mower
But is life that great by yourself?
Contrary to popular opinion
Epsom Salt can't polish the clumsiest shame
The thought of choking tears is funny and distant
And with such adoration and praise
And Pity...
I just feel so trite
I'll just repeat all the lover's refrain
This too shall pass
