Greenlight

Crossing the avenue, greenlight
Said go when suddenly I saw red
And my heart yelled Whoaaa
She wore a red dress and high
Heeled shoes there was rhythm in
Her walk she held her head high
And she smiled wide she had the
Cutest little baby talk
She said come on down to my town
Were going to roll away those blues
You'll hear a hot horn till early morn
Blow it sweet man blow it true
So if your out late and your
Feeling great and you hear that
Grand old beat, just follow
That sound to my town
We'el all be waiting there to greet
All you folks who dig that beat
Play the songs of old Basin st.
Dah do Dah do Dah Dah de.
