I once knew a girl named Haley Quinn.
She was quite colorful, with, oh, such big eyes,
With ruffles on her wrists, and pointed ears,
And tilted head looking up at blue skies.
On her ears were little fluffy ball earrings.
She said she was of ill repute, a "bad girl",
But I never ever once did believe her;
Thought of her less an oyster, and much more a pearl.
It's been a while since I last saw her, though,
This vibrant girl called Haley Quinn.
Maybe she'll show up again someday, perhaps -
I never knew where she went or where she'd been.
