Could I take an apple from a tree
and hold happiness in the same hand?
A hole – would its depth satisfy me?
Or should I dig even deeper?
Can it be found on a deserted land,
Where the lost and weary roam?
The ocean has the water, the thirsty – leave it alone.
Does a fish contain more happiness?
It swims freely – without a care.
It wouldn’t have to worry; it’s rich with completely nothing.
Wherever I go happiness is seen,
but if you ask – they look for more.
With the thirst they cough,
salt draining the feeling –that they had enough
