Happiness Is Not Here

Happiness is not here
no,
it's no where near
Driving nails through the wall
The dentist pull that tooth out
wailingggggggg
rain, rain and thunder
Lighting and roaring fire;
burn my skin and let it diminish.
Happiness is not here
no,
it's no where near
walking on hot charcoal;
blind fold,
shackled feet
crooked teeth
hurting, hurting pain
yelling
screaming
crying inside
falling
breaking my hip
painful words mubbling from my lips
Happiness is not here
no,
it's no where near
It stays next door
hidden from me

Powerful and sad. I loved the flow and feel of this.
at times happiness leaves all of us behind beneath the shadows of solitude, but in those moments we must try to remember a place and time where there was a ray of light no matter how small it is. the darkness engulfs like a deep wicked ocean of dispair. who knows what its worth but it how you play the game
