A healthy body, healthy mind,

Without labor, no one can find;
And health of spirit and of soul,
Will take a life-time's work, as goal.
Consume a healthy diet prime;
Do walk and stretch when you get time;
Avoid sedentary life-style,
And learn to run the extra-mile.
Avoid all sugars, extra fat,
And sleep the needed hours on mat;
The TV and computer are bad;
And driving ‘mobile on' is mad!
Some exercise is good for health;
Let walk be brisk and not by stealth;
Brushing your teeth and hand hygiene
Are basic things that help keep clean.
Tobacco smoke can kill you fast;
Beer, wines can make you breathe your last;
Add enough fiber in diet;
When angry, learn to be quiet.
Most accidents, you can avoid;
Precautions can keep you on guard;
Some luxury helps enjoy life,
But should not lead to ill-health, strife!
Burn off those extra calories;
Do learn to smile and laugh with ease;
Empty your pent-up emotions;
The heart in mind gives you cautions!
A toiler cannot spoil his health;
Your health-spoiler can be your wealth;
One's health is real wealth on earth;
So, learn to live life sane from birth.
