Haunting Me

It might be good that you're gone
But you're still in my head.
You haunt me everywhere I am
Your smile lingers in front of my eyes,
Your voice, your words, in the back of my mind.

What does it mean?
Why are you always following me?
Sometimes I really don't mind
But then I remember,
It's just my imagination.

And it makes the pain
Worse every time.
I feel stupid
For doing this once more -
I do this to myself.

But then you smile in my head
And I know I want you back again.
