Thief And Judge

It is not really a fun
To claim that I am a part
Of the divine who created us all
If I believe He resides in me
Then life becomes more complicated
Rather than what is expected to be simple
For the fact that He is an associate
Of the crime I committed
Then how He can judge
Make me responsible
For the sins I generally do
Or how I can take home all the virtues
We earn together
Without giving Him His share.

Nimal, unfortunately, money trees won't grow without rich soil... excellent write! ! Brian
nothing richly built, on quicksand remains too long. hardbitten soil becomes valuable property... when that's all that's left to stand on.
A very wise and insightful poem. Kindest regards, Sandra
Absolutely brilliant. Thank you for this piece, Nimal. I love it. Susie.
