Believe In Yourself

Poem By Sam Cook

a man on a wasteland
eyes filled with sand
strumming the strings of life
sounds cut like a knife
it echoes through space
as of glides with grace
reaches even the heavens
the clock strikes at 11
the wind blows
the grass grows
the sky cries
a crow flies
the musician sees God
hearts no longer sad
a sound on a string
can make the world sing

i grieve to see a face so sad
jagged edges on a mountain cliff
r u really happy?
r u really sad?

Stars

Run and Run to the edge of the world
See the universe coated with gold
