His Heart Is Troubled

Poem By Dominic Windram

His heart is troubled by endless inner battles between
Ravens and doves. His brittle prayers do not match his bold dreams.

Comments about His Heart Is Troubled

Oh well done good sir! I like this, short and sweet and nice and neat. 'Heart, inner battles, ravens and doves, brittle prayers, bold dreams' All so precisely woven together to deliver a well presented/crafted message. Torn and troubled delivered in so few poetic words. Superb! A full score Dominic for a rich display. Take care and keep writing quality poetry for you always deliver nothing less.

She holds the body lost in grief's solemn place.
She cradles Him as though he was a child still.
