TSW (April 3rd,1970 / Honolulu, Hawaii)

hmmm can't sleep yet again, another fight...a task I can't win. I lay awake in the dark...hoping, praying it doesn't start. Memories that run me down and catch me unaware...images, thoughts... my mind held in check, Soul laid bare. Like a young lamb bleeting who has lost his way...I throw out words that echo and come back to me... devoid of meaning and all it's charity. Wasted time takes it's toll...another wave crashes...blind. Where's the goal. To take measure the comfortable fool...plays the game and forgot the rules. Watch your back...keep your head held low, or you will reap crops you never intended to sow. I wait for exhaustion and the relief it brings...soon before the cock crows and birds sing.
