Hold Fast

Poem By coby salazar

i see the storm in the sky, i dont see your face
i see the rain they are my tears
i see the clouds they are my pain
all is here but not your face
form the dark sky to the cold ground
a faceless voice echos around
i just sat there and close my eyes
and prayed for the clear skys............
o what joy i would have to feel the sun
to see the blue sky
no longer should i wonder why
but now all there is, is to wait
hold on to my crown and control my faith
i will be one of those to hold fast
for one day i will be first and no longer be last
for thats the pormise i have
from the faceless voice im longing to see
hopeing to sing the praise of eternity.....................
