I Don’t Really Blame God

I’ve seen God smile
In autumn trees
After most of the leaves
Have fallen away to reveal him.
I told him, I love you,
But I’m lonely and sad
And in a cold place,
And I know that everything
I value will one day perish
Just like my elusive happiness.

this could be a page from my own journal...how do you always say what I want to say, but can't? Love it! Amberlee
Oh sweetheart. Divine happiness, as you deserve, WILL be yours. t x
I think that God welcomes honest communication... This is a bare-souled write, my friend. Happiness is elusive until it is real. Too obvious, that? I don't think so; but we need to do our part, you know? ... Even so, I hear you and hope you see that smile again soon.
In this very temporal life, how beautiful it is to see God smile through autumn leaves. I hope that He will smile at you through the coming snowflakes as well. Excellent write, Uriah. Kindest regards, Sandra
But for in God's Smile, therein lies your smile & a cherished destiny ahead... Great Write indeed & as always can be expected from you, Uriah... fjr
