Where Are We Going?

Where are we going?
Do we know anymore?
Has the light of the tunnel burnt out?
Has the dark of the world covered our eyes?
The wool of a black sheep through which nothing can be seen?
Where are we going?
Do we wonder hopeless?
Lost and unguided?
The thoughts of others put into our minds so we all wonder the same?
Where are we going?
That our hearts have grown as cold as ice?
The winter of the storm freezing spring?
That we no longer care when a child screams?
When money is the world's heart?
Is this where we're going?
Death of the nation?
No one cares?
Screaming cries?
Deaf ears?
Why are we going here?
