I Have Left

Poem By Claude Davis III

I kiss your forehead
And stroke your hair.
I say 'goodbye'.
And start to cry.

I missed you
Even at that moment.
I still regret it.
But you don't, not one bit.

I know why you
Don't show any regret.
Cause it is your fault,
For bringing our relationship to a hault.

YOU cheat!
I leave!
I wont bage at your feet.
Pride, I will achieve.

A Girl Like You

How did I get a girl like you?
A girl that's smart, pretty, and true.
A girl that I can hold tight.
A girl that is ''just right''.

Doesn'T Matter

Silver ring
Gold ring
Diamond ring
Doesn't matter as long as you have a ring

Left In The Rain

You run away in the rain.
I feel like an ass.
My heart is in such pain.
If only I showed some class.

My Plan

I will walk with you on the beach.
For the entire walk I will hold your hand.
You will know my heart is within reach.
For hours we will lay down on the sand.

Who?

I want a girl who can make my life shine
A girl that I'll be proud to call mine
A girl that I can empty my heart out too
A girl that can make my life seem like new

This Girl

This girl is one of the best
She can beat all the rest
She's second to none
And a hell of a lot of fun
