I Peer Though Haze And Poluton With Eyes Sore And A Gasping Breath

6/08/2008

I Peer Through Haze And Pollution With Eyes Sore And a Gasping Breath.

I peer through haze and pollution, with eyes sore and a gasping breath,
Ghostly images that stand tall and reach high into the hidden depths,
The sun is where,
The sky is never there,
The nights are a sinister black,
No stars sparkle or fly across heavens door,
Any more,

The sun is where,
The sky is never there,
The nights are a sinister black,
No stars sparkle any more,
Or fly across heavens door,

People cough the deadly cough,
They wander, they no not where,
They look for a moon that’s not there,
Water they drink is slime,
Air that they breathe benign,
Birds where are the birds,
The scent and the brilliant colors of garden flowers,

The sun is where,
The sky is never there,
The night is a sinister black,
No stars sparkle any more,
Or fly across heavens door,
The birds fly here no more,

People become agitated,
They become non tolerant,
They become possessive,
Aggressive,
They lurk in dark shadows,
And become dark in their nature,
The winds blow to no avail,
The curtain above is still in tacked,
And the smog and smut will not budge,
Buildings burn belching of black stinking smoke,

The sun is where,
The sky is never there,
The night is a sinister black,
No stars sparkle any more,
Or fly across heavens door,
The smell of scented flowers don’t fill the air any more,

Civilization broken and torn down by those who did not care,
Greed was the blinder in front of big businesses eyes,
Corporations have caused desperation,
Charge in where angles fear to tread,
Make a profit bigger than last year,
Earn and build,
Create, dam the debate,
Dam that river while you’re at it,
Fall those trees there expendable,
Get rid of that mountain it’s in the way,

The sun is where,
The sky is never there,
The night, is a sinister black,
No stars sparkle any more,
Or fly across heavens door,
Where is the moon?

Tax rewards,
Balance sheets,
Where do they balance the welfare of our mother earth?
Do they care if the salmon can migrate to their spawning grounds?
Yea dam that dam this dam them,
The time will come when our mother will rebel,
Bull dozer's and chain saws will go to hell,
Tree harvesters as well,
Indian land and the mark of the hand restored,
Signature of the guardians recognized by our mother earth,
Upheaval and calamity will dispose of those who are earth’s enemy,
Catacrotic evens will terminate,
Eliminate,
Those who are not of one heart,
Those that are not in tune with mother earth,

I will see the sky again,
I will marvel at the universe,
The amazing sight of a shooting star will be mine again,
I will smell the fragrance of the flowers again,
I will see the birds fly again,
I will come out the other side reborn.
My Vision My Dream,
