Inherited Punishment*

Poem By Minette Smith

Bound in love;
from Heaven above.
Woman is linked, to the punishment of Mother Eve;
who was thoroughly deceived.

Being a woman and inheriting my grief; I must,
desire my husband and bear his children;
with great big pain.
Oh God, can I hide my tears;
in your rain.

Adam messed up;
when he listened to Eve.
But, Jehovah God,
was not surprised.
He knew man;
could find, no place to hide.

Satan led man;
out of God's plan.
Therefore, God evicted him,
from the Garden Land.

God gave man;
the sunrise and sunset without regret.
Man's peace of mind;
was replaced with worry and fret.
Man's work;
became hard labor and sweat.

Jesus Christ*

Blessed, be Jesus Christ.
Who paid the ransom sacrifice.
He was Love;
Who came from above.

The Bridegroom And His Wife

We have a friend, named Jesus.
He's a treasure, from above.
GOD sent His Only Son, to save us.
He's a gift, of Heavenly Love.
