Wished that I were still innocent
But now I know more than fifty cent
And yearn for probable hundred per cent
In a world where you have not been sent
They care not, stamping on any Millicent
A life can go for just a hundred cent
If I were still innocent
Would I have any need to carry a cent?
Would still be ignorant of zero and hundred per cent
Little to say of the status of fifty cent
