Kubla Rae Rae

So I’m sitting here outside
And I’m sure that’s a vertical angle
Not exactly sure why
But my stomach is in a tangle
There’s a man I wouldn’t mind…
But after reading the label
I’m sure I ordered “slightly damaged”
And he looks strong and able

Ever been so flustered
You jump at a desired touch?
With all the strength I can muster
I find something else to clutch
I still must run for cover
From disaster not from love
For that’s still a vertical angle
And the sky is raining blood

Death is at my doorstep
Mr. Pre-med is falling behind
Courage, I can’t afford it
So I push it from my mind
It happened once before this
That blood fell from the sky
I slam a door behind me
My lover on the other side.
