Lady Of The Winds

Poem By Joseph Narusiewicz

These mad wheels turn like rainbows
I am older than the rain
Older than the grand sun
Young like Billie Holiday crying
Have you cried by their side
Watching the tide clean the times
Their gentle love ebbing in winter

My love I have come like the sun
Mothers grave with salty tears
Father by her side on the hillside
Legacy becomes the love we give
Experience wanes and the plums fall
Blossoms take us back home
We say goodbye like brave children

West wind blows like a fire of fate
East wind cold but true
Time certainly brings a mirror
South wind filled with sorrow
Earth atrophies the angel man
North wind rides the icy heart
Death reconciles the scattered leaves

Home must be carried like a pearl
A pearl of great price
Gypsy family comes like a church
Hold my hand Lady so magnificent
Educate the frivolous of grief
Tell them to be good to one another
Pleasure is a fleeting bird of prey

Lady of the winds gracious as sorrow

I'll Never Forget You

Opaque heart lit with tenderness
She shines like a child’s smile
Those old songs bring a tear
I really hope your life is happy

This Land Is Your Land

Baby soon the summer will come
Were going to race down to the sea
Let love drown us in a kiss that never quits
No beggar hands

I Want To Kiss You

Your benign apathy is too heavy
You pretend you have all you need
Come down a notch babes
Come down and I will hold you

Go Slowly

Pearl trees like golden elephants
I sigh with gallant respite
Ornate spirit in the elven wind
Circles of pleasure

Bird Of Flight

Beauty of the world like a ray of sun
Like a glance of the stars
We own nothing
We see the reds and yellow
