Poem By Velvet Astraea Dido

Dark shadows
Heavy rain
flickering spark lights
unfounded; vein,
I lapse

I drift
I slip
I fade

Space swaddled
Shades undone
whispers of thunder volts
unrising; unbound
I lapse

I drift
I slip
I fade

Lord of envy
Clashing, bickering
mourn the confession
grief that Enslay
And I lapse

I drift
I slip
And I fade...

Other poems of DIDO

leaves split, travel in light speed
as it hums a reflected bright beam
gushing lines in a heartbeat
it skips and serenades

they are a pair
of unlikely butterflies
wings wide bright
cuddled in the night

and the thunders roll under my feet
the ground jolted as the sky
trembled in deceit

the dark side of me still lingers
and the paranoia never stops
burried this soul
to dead flowers

And Now I Stand

if you go i will not run after you
not anymore
not in a decade
not in a light year
