Lazarus

Pause, consent, the arrival of mystery
Waves of pleasure hide claws of apathy
In love with images of a fallen kingdom
I shall struggle with lions

Acheron River flows with souls
Banks of the Phlegethon sires fire
We are the couple of deaf ghosts
The Lethe washes away conscience

She brings seven more
More wicked then witches
Now the sun sets like a sword
I must return to my Island

War is the only way
The Acropolis burned in ruins
Roman Cyclops devours catacombs
Sacred stones glimmer like Tyre

Regal ships sail for doom
Flee to the caves and mountains
The day of scales is here
All myths shall fail

Lazarus opens his eyes
