Life Is Burning
Life is burning
by Sidra Mahmood Khan
Flames covering candid souls
Sun quietly weeping
Mute tears forming stingless fume
Sighs, speechless eyes, agonies milieu dense elite
As vain less water-vapors resume
Who will listen to tales?
Those expend time in night clubs?
Have courage to jot down their wails?
Life is burning, when will hope of firefighter come?
Burning bodies among ashes and sparks
But still elements to live and waiting miracle some
