Litany Of The Undeserving

Poem By Stephen A. Codekas

Forgive me Lord,
For I cannot forgive myself.
Save me Lord,
For I cannot save myself.
Heal me Lord,
For I cannot heal myself.
Love me Lord,
For I cannot love myself.
Hide me Lord,
For I long to be with you.
Protect me Lord,
For I am a sinner.
Breathe new life into me Lord,
For I am drowning in my own misery.
Save me Lord from myself,
Save me, Lord, for yourself.

The Hare

And I look at the Hare
Through the cold, dark Mirror.
He gestures to me,
And I want to be free

Your Noise

How can I think in solitude
When the silence stifles thought?

When all I hear is

God Is Love

Faith, Hope, and Love
Will rain down from above,

Friends can really help you out
When you are all alone

Song Of Friends

When a true friend appeares,

A song will be sung

My Soul And I

Walking along the dark wood
My soul and I, stood still
