Loneliness Doesn'T Kill
Loneliness isn't what destroys,
by Sierra Staten
It's the pain and the trespassing emptiness than lingers.
And the more you fight it,
Despite how much you may resist,
It fights back harder, stronger.
It makes you weak inside,
Susceptible to the lies it feeds you,
And soon, soon, everything you built up is broken,
And the foundation is cleared for another mortal soul to break.
