Loss Of Friendship

The beauty of friendship is fleeting
You used to be my family
Now you are far away
And I am nothing

We would go to the park
And have ice cream
Now you are ignoring me
And I am crying

You were like a sister to me
You were the rainbow after the rain
But now you are the dark clouds
That roll in before it storms

You were the shoulder to cry on
You were the one who could make me laugh
Even when I cried
But now I have no shoulder to cry on
And you make me cry when I want to laugh

What became of us?
The beauty of friendship is fleeting
You used to be my family
Now you are done with me
And I am nothing

You were like a sister to me You were the rainbow after the rain But now you are the dark clouds That roll in before it storms I know exactly how you feel and I've gone through losing friends before.. It's not easy and very sublime. You do a great job at expressing your feelings and thoughts in this poem, and i can see the emotion you felt when writing. Also how you were feeling about your friend. Great job, well written.10 (:
