Loud

Poem By Stephanie Savage

The thunder, lightning, pounding rain,
How could a cloud be so full of rage?
To scream with the thunder,
Rage with the lightning,
Cry with the rain.
To let nature express your pain.
Your hurt is mighty,
With Storm by your side,
Your pain and your rage become wild and unleashed.

Ivory Gold

Oh, the splendor of a crisp night
And an ivory gold moon,
How my soul takes flight
With wonder, not returning soon.

Oh Night

O, Night! How I love thy thunderous silence
And thy busy stillness.
I lurk in your darkest corners
And run in your brightest fields.
