*** (Love Me While We're Here...)

Translated by Przemyslaw Musialowski 8/22/2018

Love me while we're here,
love, because there's so much
love in us, and fragrance of wild lilacs
before the time of flowers will pass

and we'll be gone too
and there will be such a time,
and there will be crying and pain,
but we know well, me and you,

that in this world
there's nothing eternal,
that so it must be
- we'll die to live
And don't be surprised why

Well expressed thoughts and feelings. A lovely and very passionate poem from the heart. Thanks for sharing.
There is no time like the present. And for now, the present is all we have. Thank you, Przemyslaw, for translating this so that all may enjoy!
Absolutely top-notch writing! ! ! Deserving of the Poem of the Day honor that it has received. 10+++++++++++++++++
Love me while I'm here, love, because there's so much love in us, and fragrance of wild lilacs before the time of flowers will pass.... a very passionate expression of love, brilliantly crafted, thanks for sharing this poem with us Chandan
that in this world there's nothing eternal, .................................. this final utterance also has no meaning eternally because a limited time spent by a human child can't declare the final judgement regarding eternity. Yet, I feel 'life and death' is eternal in this mysterious panorama of being and nothingness!
