I notice I've fallen again. A new lover, possibly? Maybe, maybe not.

I've fallen fast
And now I'm breaking through the wind
Head over heels
The gods clap along as Athena cradles me in her soft gentle arms again
Her light hair protecting me
Her kiss upon my cheek
Her words, whispers in my ear
‘Go get him'
She's had her eye on me
Ever since she laid another kiss upon my cheek
After heartbreak and healing
She decides to lay her sweet kiss
Upon my cheek
She knows I fall hard
But she also knows he's safe
Her sweet kiss made me fearless
Falling through the air seemed to spike my adrenaline
Knowing he's safe makes the fall even more exhilarating
Will he comfort me after my fall?
Or will my fall not even be the scariest part
I'll never know
Unless I finally see the ground racing towards me.
