Love: The Angel-Climbed Stairway

Poem By james watkin

'twixt its every interaction
Love's charged; up-sparking for love
Visions flash through its lightning's puissance
Link Earth with Heaven above.

As casual tossed a passing wink
His seed, a pigeon out to
Accessibly near, the Throne of God!
If but, forsook one you knew!

Nothing in my beat, irretrievable
That takes to treks, as something
Exiled of its own volition
Ever dispirits, within

In the memory.

That Gaze, Once Turned

That gaze, once turned
Smiles upon me forever.
Those eyes, once burned
As the stars never go out.

Fun In The Schoolground

I know this fun, leap-frogging
From child to child enthused.
Infectious as laughter - which sound
Goes on tickling round and round.
