In all the hurry and the flurry
by Mary M. Strumreiter
Along life's sad and weary road,
There seems so much fret and worry
That it all becomes a useless load.
Yet there is joy and gladness
That will be forever entwined
Among all the fear and madness
Of the cruel and vicious minds.
And so the struggles and the strifes
Continue to plague our life and land
The humble and the proud in all our lives
Will someday feel the justice of His Hand.
