Mirrors - Καθρέφτες

Poem By Kostas Lagos

Look beyond a thousand mirrors

It's not death you are afraid of

Living your life is what gives you tremors

Πέρα από χίλιους καθρέφτες δες

Δεν είναι οθάνατος που φοβάσαι

Να ζήσεις, αυτό σου φέρνει σκέψεις φοβικές

Comments about Mirrors - Καθρέφτες

Reminds me of the Asian proverb..he who fears death dies a thousand times...mirrors depicts those using death as an excuse not to live...brilliant poem Kostas! !
How did you know? Formidable, as usual!

How can you talk to people about God
When you don't hear His voice in the cicadas' singing?
How can you immerse yourself in ongoing prayer
When the melody of crickets doesn't bring you in katanyxis?
