Missing Heart

Tangled in torrid bliss,
I held you oh so tight,
savored your warm kisses
as moon burned so bright.

But I forgot to feel
the heart of yours under,
on hindsight I can tell
that it never was there.

I love this style, depth trapped in simple structure. great work, poet.
