One “change” For Drug Names

Poem By Joe Rosochacki

Those ungrateful.
And take for granted,
Others who assist them...
With positive support to give.
Should be left behind a closed door.
Not to open anymore.

The many who insist,
An attention to get...
Begins with it started,
Over something petty to cause an argument.
Should be left behind a closed door.
And not to accept,
Repeated apologies anymore.

Being ignorant and irresponsible?
Some perceive this as their gift.
Since a few of so called friends,
Continue to tolerate this nonsense.
But this is a sign that shows a child,
Not yet grown.
Missing lessons of discipline.
Too long in their past...
Someone left alone.
Instead of putting a strap,
To their aspirations.
With it done to make it known,
There are limits and boundaries...
One should keep respected to accept.
Never to reject nor neglect.
Ever.

Those who insist others should permit,
Their ongoing nonsense.
With a continuation to put up with it.
Should be left behind a closed door.
Not to open anymore.
Ignoring their knock or excuses.
To hear yet again,
Alibis or apologies from them to make.
Repeatedly to be forgiven.
Again for mistakes,
They seem to love to create them made.
Close that door and walk away.
And leave those headaches to stay,
Where they are.
Knowing them not yours...
You will allow to pay for.
At your expense.
Because a fool wants to prove,
A mind they could use...
Is not done for the making of sense.
