I sit outside in the moonlight glow,
Gazing at the stars light flow.
I just try to comprehend,
Just how far that light must bend.
The light it comes from far away,
The earth its target, our eyes its prey.
And when that light reaches us,
We’ll have no choice, we must look up,
Into the moonlit sky.
