The Green Ink Stone

Poem By Luo Zhihai

Tiny and warm,
Small and delicate.
Smooth skin and tiny hands,
Bright brown eyes and black hair.
A small smile appears, and dissolves my whole world.
The tiny hands grip mine tight and the shining eyes warm my very soul.
I take my little brother into my arms.
I hold him close not wanting to ever let him go.
He is now a part of me, he is my family.
I will never let go of this small bundle of joy.
After all, he's my newborn and only baby brother.

With Great Care

Sounds of willow flute harmonic of birds singing
Flying gulls with great care look for traces of fish
A point of plume heart reflects red of snow
Half a paper of pine ink writes poems pretty
