My Mind

Poem By Timothy James Webster

I

Felt like never could touch the ground
That surreal feeling never swept my way
Am I withdrawn or too feeling, open?
Chances came, are gone, like a fool
Lost in the common playground.
Maybe it wasn’t my league after all?

II

I have made regretful mistakes
Money here, there, wasted everywhere.
I chose this choice or choice chose me?
Questioning night upon sleepless night
Sacrifice time for this one lasting cause
Is this right for me after all?

III

Timeless time follow my last joy,
Pictures hanging like strips of my mind.
Should I move on, should I remain?
O! There is one walking by,
Gave an eye with smile inside
Why stay when I can move on now?
