Snuggle Under The Moon And Stars

Poem By Michael P. McParland

Hiding out in this place
Hoping no one finds my space
Keeping these sorrows to myself
Not seeking or wanting help
But you break in anyway
Taking all my pain away
Healing up all my scars
Allowing me to see who you are
My protector, my king, my savior
Watching me, nothing my behavior
Filling me with all your love
Because of you these feelings I’m full of
Are pouring out like a river
Just like you, the ultimate giver
How so is this place my home?
Why is it I’m forced to roam?
Ever searching for the place
That one space to call my home.

My Hand In Yours

My hand in yours as we lay in bed.
Your head resting on my chest,
both smiling as we just lightly drift.
Content, peaceful, together,

Be Filled With Peace

Be filled with peace my love.
Feel me there holding you
telling you how much I
love and need you.

The Night Glorious Light

Shadows fall.
The day is old.
The night is peaceful. Quiet.
In this time I can't deny it.

Only You Forever 2

Only you forever.
Only my angel true.
For all my life and
through eternity only you.

Goodnight Among The Stars

Goodnight from among the stars my only one,
look up and see me smiling I'm watching out for you.
I will always protect and keep you safe,
hold your hand through every single day.

You Are True Sweetness

You are sweetness personified my love
and I adore you so very much,
I just want to hold you and kiss you forever,
I love you so much and in this life
