Neverending Story

Poem By Aiyanna Ortiz

Army have conjured and fallen in the end
Kingdoms have risen and buried by sand
the earth is our mother she gives and she take
she puts us to sleep and at light we will awake
everything we do is not in vain
we'll part of the story part of the tell
forest mountain valley nothing here stays
the earth is out mother she gives and she takes
but she also the part of the take
were all on this journey no we'll prevail
were is it going what will it say
no one remembers how it began
