Newly Born

The fantasy required for livelihood
is captive in the clenched fist
in the camouflage of darkness
in the undulation of the wrapper.
The pieces of failures are trapped
in the well spread net
the stigma of the moon peeped
across the torn cloud.
The loose end of the gown
drifted apart
and the, exhausted, depressed delta
stands aimlessly after the cyclone.
The union of the physical and
the metaphysical gives birth
to a new life, to a
new dawn.
