Nothing Left To Do But Die

I fight for freedom, though I am not free
Normal life was displaced behind me

The violent jungle is now my home
Hiding, from bush to bush I roam

I kill for peace, I cry quietly inside
I have nothing left to do but die

I take a life, snuff out a will
Move to another bush, do another kill

I feel abandoned, I feel ashamed
Should I feel proud, who can I blame

Waiting for the day I can stop asking why
Till then, I have nothing left to do but die
