Ode To The Brain

I need you for my very life,
You hold the essence of my soul.
My heart knows not my feelings,
There you play the only role.
Unworshipped are your mysteries,
Aristotle did revile you.
You are the sacred organ,
History will reconcile you.
The angels glow so pridefully
And ask for celebration,
Of you dear brain, God's noblest
And most elegant creation.
