Often The Most Outrageous
If I am troubled,
by Lawrence S. Pertillar
And my issues...
Have not been kept secret.
To secure the help.
And whatever it is I need,
If I remain insistent,
With a persistence...
Others who are capable,
To enable my healing process...
Do not have access to my co-operation.
And no longer have the tolerance,
To accept my belligent disrespect.
From my lips freely released.
Those issues and troubles I have,
Are not anyone else's responsibility.
If I have proven to be that obnoxious.
Those of celebrity,
With 'that' bestowed upon them...
Are often the most outrageous,
When it comes to their demands and whims.
No matter how gifted with wit or other talents.
It becomes difficult to face truths,
With realities produced.
From atop peaks one has reached,
With a seducing of immortality...
'It is so unfortunate.
All the fame and wealth they had.'
~Apparently they didn't have enough 'life'...
To appreciate their blessings.~
