On My Own

Poem By Miss Terious

On my own,
Its so quiet,
I am in my sanctuary,
The sound of silence,
Carries me,
Consumes me,
I reflect, regret,
Trace and erase,
Memories from my days.

On my own,
I can be someone who im not,
I can forget things that cannot be forgot,
I discover, recover,
I wonder and ponder,
I no longer carry the burdens I carried
All alone.
On my own...

When new rain falls... When new rain falls on my tender face Thoughts of blissful dew of my tounge A new era of life refreshing and clean All haterd rise above the sky falls down Clearing my dreams of hope When new rain falls on my tender face I feel so ready to be open to anything Let it hold on and drench me dry Never let my hair get its prompt figure of perrfection When new rain falls on my tender face I zone out of this world and rise Evaporating in the mist of the airs loom Sweet smelling breeze of wet rain When new rain falls on my tender face How i feel clensed of my dirty sins Washed away down Seeps in my inner being Toys with my soul When new rain falls on my tender face My hands grasp that tightness of moist Never to let go Open my mouth Drowning my worries When new rain falls on my tender face

There is a pie,
In the sky,
Not so fast,
Not so high,

Boy

Oh why boy
did you break my heart,
We were so close but now we're apart.
I remember how you said you'd never let me go,
